On average, we will deliver your design in 48 hours. If you are not happy with the design, we can make changes until you are satisfied. Complex requests will need longer time to finish. We will communicate the deliver time once we receive the request.
You are welcome to pause or cancel your plan at any time. Just email us at hello@startwithhug.design, we will get it sort out for you.
